Dojo Manager – Account Deletion Request
How to request account deletion
- Open the Dojo Manager app on your device.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Alternatively, send a deletion request by email:

Please include the email address linked to your Google account.
What data will be deleted
- Google account login data
- Personal profile (name, birthdate, address, phone)
- Profile and banner images
- Attendance and training records
- Belt grades and technique history
- Dojo membership data
Retention period
All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. No data is retained after deletion.
⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are a dojo founder, your dojo and all associated member data will also be deleted.
